Hello, I’m Paul. I’ve been honored to work with others as a therapist for over 27 years. My work has always been guided by a simple belief: every person’s story matters, and every individual deserves care that honors who they are and where they’ve been. Life can be challenging, confusing, and sometimes overwhelming, and my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of it, navigate the difficult moments, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. I also pay close attention to the connection between your mind and body, recognizing how physical health, daily habits, and bodily experiences shape the way you think, feel, and respond to life. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, children, adults, couples, and families, helping with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from community mental health centers and residential programs to therapeutic schools and outpatient clinics. These experiences taught me that while the issues people face can look very different, what truly matters in therapy is understanding each person as a unique individual and tailoring care to fit their needs. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are. Some people benefit from exploring their past to understand how it shapes the present. Others want practical strategies to manage stress, navigate relationships, or move past recurring patterns. Often, the most effective path is a combination of both. I integrate mind-body awareness into our work and emphasize overall wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual) so you can feel more balanced and empowered. I also connect clients to other professionals when it can enhance growth. I know that seeking therapy takes courage, and I want you to feel safe, supported, and respected from the very first session. My goal is to provide a space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and build the skills and insight you need to move forward. Together, we can explore challenges, uncover strengths, and work toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and truly yours.
